1. Shipping & Refund Policy

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders placed before 12 PM PST, Monday–Friday, typically ship the same day or the next postal business day.
• Shipping options (Standard, Expedited, Overnight) and costs are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times depend on destination and chosen method.
• We ship everywhere in the United States and to destinations worldwide outside the USA. Please choose international shipping if your order is outside the USA.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to address errors.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product, then Contact Us within 7 days of delivery.
• For lost packages marked "Delivered," please check with household members or neighbors, then notify us within 10 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

• You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied.
• To start a return, Email Us with your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
• Returned items must be in original packaging (opened or unopened).
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

2. Subscription Terms

BrainSteady™ offers convenient auto‑deliveries on select products.

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the selected frequency for refills (select at checkout).
• You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal. Prices and discounts applied at sign‑up remain in effect unless otherwise stated; you will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.
• You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription any time via your account dashboard or by Contacting Us. Changes take effect immediately for future billings.
• If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times. After three failures, your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated.

3. Liability Disclaimer

BrainSteady™ supplements are classified as dietary supplements and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainSteady LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
• Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; the above limitation may not apply to you.

4. Contact Information for Disputes

We value your satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any concern quickly and fairly.

If we cannot resolve your dispute informally, you agree that any claim will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing us.
